Here is how you can easily save and load worlds in Minecraft: Education Edition

To load a world

From the main menu, click "Play" to see the list of worlds
To the right of the "Create New World" button is a square button with an arrow on it - this is the load button
Press the load button, and choose your saved .mcworld file to load
