Printer is unavailable (non PaperCut printer removal)

All printers have been switched to the PaperCut server over the summer, any old ones (on print-***) will no longer work and should be removed.

If only non papercut printers are installed please do the following:

1. Restart the computer and then see if the correct printers are installed.

 If the papercut printers are still not installed please do the following:

1. Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers 
2. Right-click on the old printer(s)
3. click Remove device.

Add the papercut printers:

1. Click the 'Start' button,
2. type: \\papercut
3. Press the 'Enter' key
4. Double-click on the printer(s) you wish to use to install.
