We would recommend that you use the Outlook application on your machine.  This makes is much easier to switch between accounts:

If you have access to more than one email account, you can switch between them easily in Outlook Web Access.

From Outlook Web Access, choose your avatar on the top right corner

Choose Open Another mailbox

Start Typing the name of the mailbox you want to open

Select the mailbox you want to open and choose Open
